| General Internationally recognised Home Office approved trainers run Amicus
Mentor’s PERSONAL SAFETY AND AWARENESS TRAINING courses.
Courses are designed to heighten an individual’s awareness
of the potential risks to personal safety in everyday environments.
Together with
Awareness Training we teach simple and easy to remember reactive
techniques based on human behavioural responses and not martial arts.
Once mastered the simple techniques become automatic responses
in an emergency and will allow individuals to gain the advantage
in order to take flight and not fight.
The
course involves group discussion and participation,
followed by practical
demonstrations and practise of reactive techniques
based on human
behavioural responses, not martial arts. The techniques
are very easy to apply and to remember and most importantly
are designed to work under extreme pressure.
